Join us for a backyard party on July 15 at 2PM as we celebrate three life milestones!
We'll have food and fun for all ages, including lawn games and relaxing around the fire pit.
P.S. This picture of Dick and his cousin Margaret cooling off in the wash tub (their backyard swimming pool) can be recreated by anyone with an equally snazzy bathing suit. Yup, we still have that washtub.
80? 20? 50? What are we celebrating!
Dick was born on January 29, 1943 in Cambridge, MA. That makes him 80 years old this year. He grew up spending summers on "the farm" in Harvard with his extended family and that's where the party is!

On a beautiful warm breezy July 12, 2003, Nancy and Dick were married in the Unitarian-Universalist church in town. A reception was held under a big tent in the backyard. We are celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary, with many more years and many more adventures to come.

Dick bought Thisbe, an Alberg 37 sailboat, in December of 1972, which actually makes it 51 years that he's owned her. However, he and his crew motored up from Mamaroneck, NY that winter and only started sailing her in 1973. So this is his 50th year sailing Thisbe.

Where to Stay
Some folks are staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Devens Common. The hotel is located on the former Devens Army base. They have a swimming pool, hot tub and a nice fitness center. To book call 978-772-0600.
We also have some limited space at the house (including outdoor space for camping), so please reach out if you have interest in either of these options.
